It started simply — a founder trying to find a trustworthy electrician in their neighbourhood. After calling 6 people from WhatsApp groups and getting unreliable answers, the idea was born: what if India had one clean, free platform where every skilled worker could be found and every homeowner could hire confidently?
We spent months talking to workers — plumbers in Delhi, carpenters in Mumbai, painters in Lucknow. The story was the same everywhere: plenty of skill, not enough reach. They depended on word-of-mouth while platforms charged heavy commissions.
